This paper pointed out that the current status of the development of humanistic nursing was lagging behind, clarified the basic concepts of the humanistic nursing and its related content, expounded that the research object, discipline system, value orientation and others determined the subject nature of humanistic nursing and the knowledge system and established the humanistic nursing concept which was the combination of humanism and nursing.%指出人文护理发展滞后的现状,厘清人文护理及其相关的基本概念,阐明研究对象、学科体制、价值取向等决定人文护理学科性质及其知识体系,确立了寓文于护、护以载文的人文护理观.
