At present,there are the following problems in the country doctors' professionalism education,the lack of country doctors' understanding of physician professionalism,the impact of the market economy and the neg-lect of the current physician professionalism education.On the basis of this,this paper suggested to improve the so-cial status and treatment of country doctors,to strengthen the education and training of professionalism-related subjects,to embody the humanistic idea and criterion in the rich specialized course teaching,and to promote the implementation of country doctors' professionalism education and training.%目前,乡村医生职业精神教育培训存在如下问题:乡村医生对医师职业精神缺乏了解,市场经济的冲击以及现有乡村医生教育培训计划忽视医师职业精神培训.基于此,建议提高乡村医生社会地位及待遇,加强乡村医生职业精神相关科目教育培训,寓人文理念与准则于丰富的专业课教学中,推动乡村医生职业精神教育培训实施取得效果.
