针对我国医学生医学伦理素质存在的问题,揭示弘扬白求恩精神的必要性.弘扬白求恩精神是加强医疗卫生队伍建设的必然要求、是端正医德医风的重要思想武器、是提升医学生人文素养的客观要求.提出培养医学生医学伦理素质的方法:将白求恩精神育人制度化、经常化,建立育人机制；坚持开展以白求恩精神为核心的主题教育活动；光大“白求恩精神”品牌；营造浓厚的白求恩精神育人环境；加大研究力度、深度和广度,使白求恩精神常讲常新；注意发现、宣传和关心、爱护典型,形成鲜明的价值导向.%Propagating Bethune spirit is the requirement for the new era, for the masses and for the enhancement of medical team construction. This article proposed that Bethune spirit should be systematized and routinized, education mechanism should be established; Subject education activities taking Bethune spirit as core should be insisted on carrying out; Propagating the brand of Bethune spirit'; Building dense cultivating circumstances of Bethune spirit; Improving the research on Bethune spirit in order to keep it alive; Paying attention to and propagating the models with Bethune spirit, forming a distinct value orientation for Bethune spirit.
