Some patients, their family members, and doctors also gradually agree that should tell the disease condition to patient. It has some benefits; can make patients have a positive experience life, promote the patients' participations in treatment decisions, help to harmonious doctor - patient relationship, but this also may cause patients negative temper. This paper puts forward some countermeasures such as communication with family members, choosing a proper time, place to tell and paying attention to the content, closely observing the reaction of symptoms in patients after being told, opening the study class of ethics for patients and their families.%当前国内一些患者、家属、医生逐渐认同将癌症病情告知患者.其益处在于:能使患者积极体验生活,促进患者参与治疗决策,有助于和谐医患关系,但也存在可能引起患者负性情绪的弊端.对此提出多与患者家属沟通,商定告知者、告知时间及告知内容,密切观察患者病情告知后的反应,开办患者及家属伦理知识学习班等告知应对策略.
