培养医学生职业精神自觉性是新时期医学教育工作者的主要任务之一,通过解读新时期医学生职业精神内涵,以实事求是的态度,用文献资料法对新时期医学生人文精神现状进行分析,提出新时期医学生职业精神自觉培养路径:引导医学生明确自己的行为目的;教会医学生如何用情与人进行沟通;创建人文与医学专业融合的课程体系;传承和发扬中医药文化中的人文精神.%Cultivating the professionalism consciousness in medical students is one of the main missions of medical education workers in new period. This paper provided some approaches to this point through interpreting the content of the professionalism consciousness in medical students, analyzing the current status based on the literatures. These approaches include; guiding medical students to make clear the purpose of their behavior; teaching medical students how to communicate with people with love; creating curriculum system integrating humanistic and medical professional; inheriting and carrying forward the humanistic spirit in traditional Chinese medicine.
