Objective:To assess the effect of post -stroke depression on patients' attitude towards future and quality of life to provide reasonable reference for clinical nursing. Methods :The across - sectional study was used.Two hundred and thirty - three stroke patients were investigated and completed a questionnaire with statistical methods of SF -36 and SDS applied. Results:The quality of life was related to post -troke depression and negative attitude towards future ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), except for physical functioning (PF) and social functioning ( SF ), patients with depression was much worse than those without depression in other subscales and the total score; with negative attitudes towards future was much worse than those positive ones in indexes of vitality( VT), social functioning( SF),mental health (MH) subscales and the total score. Conclusion:We should give psychological intervention treatment, psychological nursing and health education for improving the quality of life for patients with post - stroke depression.%目的 了解脑卒中后抑郁及对未来的态度对生活质量的影响,为临床护理工作提供依据.方法 采用现况研究,选取233名脑卒中患者作为研究对象,应用SF-36和SDS对233例脑卒中患者进行调查.结果 卒中后抑郁及对未来的态度消极与生活质量呈负相关(P＜0.05),抑郁者除了生理功能(PF)和社会功能(SF)外,在其他领域及总得分均显著低于无抑郁者;对未来的态度,消极态度者在活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、精神健康(MH)领域及总得分均显著低于态度积极者.结论 在临床工作中应加强心理治疗、心理护理和健康教育,全面提高脑卒中患者的生活质量.
