军事医学院校“死亡教育”的伦理诉求

         

摘要

The particular significances of death education for military medical students are elaborated in this paper, including its roles in assisting military medical students to face up to the life - and - death choice, strengthening their consciousness of commitment as soldiers, coping with the combat stress reaction and making reasonable choices, completing hospice care to safeguard the dignity of those who are dying on the combat field, and treating the captures in an impartial manner thus to maintain the ethical and moral standard of medical officers. Meanwhile, the paper also comes up with two suggestions for the death education, and they are, conducting the death education throughout the whole process of bachelor curriculum and evolving the teaching method in a step - by - step way.%从伦理角度阐述了死亡教育对军事医学院校学生的特殊意义.即:可以促使学生正视生死抉择;强化军人奉献意识;克服战斗应激反应(CSR),作出正确的善恶选择;做好临终关怀,维护死亡尊严;公正对待俘虏,抒写军医的伦理道德情怀.同时,提出教学内容贯穿本科教育始终、教学方法循序渐进等两项教学措施.
