Objectives To conduct evaluation and analysis on the hospitalization medical treatment quality in the past 6 years, understand the present medical quality situation and the change trend, so as to provide the scientific statistics data for the hospital management decisions and improve the quality of medical treatment. Methods Used the comprehensive index method and indexing disposal method to calculate these targets from 2010 to 2015 which reflect the medical quality index of the hospital, and calculated the annual working intensity index, efficiency index, diagnosis and treatment quality index and comprehensive index. And evaluation analysis was carried out according to the synthetical index. Results The hospital medical quality index increased year by year, 4.59 in 2015, 3.48 in 2010, a net gain of 1.11 for five years. Among which, Working intensity index is one of the fastest growing index;efficiency index, the index of quality of diagnosis and treatment are showing slower growth. The utilization rate of beds has always been at a high level, exceeding the standard by 93﹪ and even by 117.6﹪ in 2012. The top utilization rate goes to the Department of Cardiovascular and the next three go respectively to the Department of Oncology, the Department of Neurology and the Department of Respiration, all of which have been reflecting the high utilization of beds. Conclusions The hospital should take measures to reduce the bed utilization rate and ensure the medical quality at the same time, so as to accelerate the turnover of the patients. Meanwhile, we should attach importance to the improvement of the skills of the medical staff and guarantee the increasing of workload, so as to enhance the level of diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, we could promote the sustained health development of the overall quality of medical treatment of the hospital.%目的 对某院6年的住院医疗质量指标进行评价分析,了解该院医疗质量现状和变动趋势,为医院管理决策、提高医疗质量提供科学的统计信息资料.方法 运用综合指数法对该院2010年–2015年反映住院医疗质量的指标进行指数化处理,计算出各年度的工作强度指数、工作效率指数、诊断质量指数、治疗质量指数和综合指数,根据综合指数值进行评价分析.结果 该院住院医疗质量综合指数逐年增长,2010年3.48,2015年4.59,5年净增1.11.其中增长最快的是工作强度指数,工作效率指数、诊断质量指数和治疗质量指数增长较慢.床位使用率一直超过标准值93%,2012年高达117.6%,其中最高的前四位依次是心内科、肿瘤科、神内科、呼吸科,反映床位负担过重.结论 医院应在确保医疗质量的同时,采取措施降低床位使用率,从而加快周转.同时,在保证医院工作量平稳增长的同时,重视医务人员业务技能的提升,从而提升诊断治疗水平,促进住院医疗总体质量的持续健康发展.
