Objectives This article investigated the patients' requirrement about duplication service of medical records for solving existing deficiency in medical records service work and improving service level of medical records.Methods To design questionnaire, we had random questionnaire on patients and their relatives form edical records duplication in five hospitals.Results In these investigation subjects,there are 95.2％ of them hope to preserve their medical records; 88.6％ of them hope that hospital can develop mail service for medical records duplication; 54.8％ of them hope to have medical records duplication after one day of patients' hospitalization; there are 76.0％ duplication fee of medical records account for less than 10％ of total fee; 47.0％ of patients and their relatives don't understand the relative know ledge about medical records duplication; Conclusions We need propaganda of medical records duplication knowledge strengthening; improvement of medical records management level and their service quality and service channel of medical records duplication for providing reasonable fee, smooth process, high efficiency and convenient excellent service for patients.%目的 调查患者对病案复印服务的需求,解决病案服务工作中存在的不足,提高病案服务水平.方法 设计调查问卷,在5所医院对病案复印的患者或家属进行随机问卷调查.结果 在被调查对象中,95.2%希望留存患者的病案;88.6%希望医院能开展病案复印件邮寄服务;54.8%能在患者出院后1天内办理病案复印;76.0%病案复印工本费用占总花费不足10%;47.0%的患者及家属不了解病案复印相关知识.结论 加强病案复印知识的宣传、提高病案管理水平和病案复印服务质量,拓宽病案复印服务渠道,为患者提供费用合理、流程顺畅、高效便捷的优质服务.
