医院职能部门的绩效考核机制一直是医院绩效考核工作的难点,本文以首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院为例,着力以"如何设计可量化、科学化、个性化的职能部门工作指标,建立可操作性强的职能部门绩效考核机制"为目标,采取"综合目标管理"和"360度工作任务评价一[1]"相结合的方法,达到对职能部门比较客观与充分的绩效考核总体目标.%The perfor mance exam ination system of hospital functional departments is always difficult point of hospital perfor mance exam ination work. Taking Beijing chaoyang hospital affiliated to capital medical university as example, this article puts forth effort on the goal of how to design quantitative, scientific and personalized work index of functional department and well maneuverability functional departments perform ance exam ination system setting. It applies the methods combing with comprehensive object management and 360 degree work task evaluation, achieving the overall goal of objective to functional departments’ sufficient perform ance exam ination.
