目的 探讨巨大淋巴结病的ICD-10编码.方法 根据国际疾病分类原则,对巨大淋巴结病的临床诊断、病理、治疗和预后,对其进行探讨性学习.结果 对巨大淋巴结病进行了准确的编码为D47.7,M9970/1.结论 为保证疾病编码的准确性,除了要加强国际疾病分类的专业知识和技能的学习外,更要仔细阅读病案,多方查阅资料,才能得到正确的编码.%Objectives to explore ICD-10 coding of massive lymphadenopathy . Methods According to International Disease Chassification Principle,we had an investigational study about clinical diagnosis, pathology, treatment and prognosis of massive lymphadenopathy. Results T he correct coding of massive lymphadenopathy is D 47 .7 ,M 9970/1 . Conclusions To ensure the correction of disease coding, in addition to strengthen professional know ledge of international disease classification and skill learning, we need to look up medical records carefully and materials for getting correct coding.
