目的 探究健脾汤在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用效果.方法选取2017年2月—2018年6月治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者107例,依照不同的治疗方法,将其分为研究组、参考组.研究组有55例患者,参考组有52例患者.参考组使用美沙拉嗪进行治疗,研究组给予健脾汤展开治疗,比较2组患者的并发症发生率,治疗有效率的变化情况.结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为100.0％(55/55),参考组为88.5％(46/52),研究组和参考组作出比较,研究组高于参考组(P＜0.05),研究组患者的并发症发生率是1.8％(1/55),参考组是15.4％(18/52),研究组的并发症发生率明显比参考组低(P＜0.05).结论健脾汤在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用效果显著,可以改善患者的并发症发生率,促进其治疗有效率的提升,建议临床上进一步探究、调查.%Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi decoction in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 107 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were divided into study group and group, with 55 patients in study group and 52 patients in control group according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with mesalazine and the study group was treated with Jianpi decoction. The incidence of complications and the effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate in the study group was 100.0％ (55/55) and was 88.5％ (46/52) in the control group. Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group and the control group was 1.8％ (1/55) and 15.4％ (18/52) respectively. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of Jianpi decoction in patients with ulcerative colitis can improve the incidence of complications and promote the effective rate of treatment.
