树豆脂溶性部位对糖尿病和肥胖小鼠骨密度及血脂水平的影响

         

摘要

Aim To investigate the effect of hydrophobic fraction of Cajanus cajan ( L. ) Millspaugh ( SDE ) on bone density and blood lipid level in diabetic and obese mice. Methods The db/db congenital diabetic mice and ob/ob congenital obese mice were orally administered with SDE for 8 weeks, bone density as well as serum TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, ALP and Ca2 + were measured. Results Compared to mice treated with vehicle, ( 1 ) SDE-treated db/db and ob/ob mice had greater bone density ( P < 0. 05 ) and lower serum ALP level ( P <0. 01 ), with serum Ca2+ level relatively unchanged; ( 2 ) SDE-treated db/db mice had relatively unchanged blood lipid level, but SDE-treated ob/ob mice had significantly lower levels of TG ( P < 0. 05 ), TC ( P < 0. 01 ) and LDL-C ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion SDE increased bone density in diabetic and obese mice, and improved lipid metabolism in obese mice.%目的 探讨树豆脂溶性部位(SDE)对糖尿病和肥胖小鼠骨密度及血脂水平的影响.方法 db/db先天糖尿病小鼠和ob/ob先天肥胖小鼠连续8周灌服SDE后,进行骨密度、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血钙(Ca2+)及血脂水平测定.结果 与灌服溶剂空白的模型组小鼠相比,(1)灌服SDE的db/db和ob/ob小鼠胫骨骨密度明显增加(P<0.05),血清ALP水平明显下降(P<0.01),但血钙水平无明显改变;(2) 灌服SDE的db/db小鼠血脂水平无明显变化,灌服SDE的ob/ob小鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)水平明显下降(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇(TC)和血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平明显下降(P<0.01).结论 SDE能提高糖尿病和肥胖小鼠骨密度,并能改善肥胖小鼠的血脂代谢.
