喷射混凝土单层衬砌抗渗机理及防水技术研究设想

         

摘要

With the improvement of shotcrete's quality,performance and construction technology,single shell lining technique has developed rapidly in re-cent years and has been applied throughout the world. But the problems in its impermeability mechanism and waterproof technology are hindering its wide popularization. The two problems are studied and ideas for further study are also proposed. The study is focused on the following two aspects:the impermeability mechanism of shotcrete of multi-component cementitious material,including anti-impermeability assessment,impermeability mechanism analysis and anti-impermeability technical measures;the anti-impermeability calculation of shotcrete with single shell lining,and the relationship between water penetration height and permeability coefficient of each supporting layer is worked out through the water seepage prediction model to optimize the plan and calculate the impermeability of the whole support system.%近年来随着喷射混凝土施工工艺和质量性能的提高,单层衬砌技术得到了迅速发展,在世界上许多国家都有了不同程度的应用,然而喷射混凝土单层衬砌的抗渗性能及防水技术却阻碍着该技术的全面推广。在此背景下,该文对国内外喷射混凝土单层衬砌抗渗及防水技术进行了调研,提出进一步深入研究的思路和设想。主要基于两个层面:一个是基于多元复合胶凝材的喷射混凝土抗渗性能的研究,包括抗渗性能评价、渗透机理分析以及抗渗技术措施等;另一个是喷射混凝土单层衬砌结构的抗渗计算的研究,通过建立渗水预测模型,求解渗水高度和各支护层渗透系数之间的关系,并优选最佳方案,实现对整个支护体系的抗渗计算。
