The exponential dichotomy and fix point theorem were used to investigate the existence of almost periodic solution of delayed quartic differential equations with almost periodic coefficients,a class of generalized Lotka-Volterra differential equations with delay,and the sufficient theorem of these differential equations was obtained.%运用二分性及不动点定理,研究一类广义Lotka-Volterra模型时滞微分方程——4次概周期系数的时滞微分方程概周期解的存在性,得到此类微分方程的概周期解存在的充分性定理.
