人力资本、社会资本与大学生就业研究:回顾与展望

         

摘要

The employment of college graduates is of great significance to people's livelihood.As the two key factors that influence the college graduates'employment, human capital and social capital have become a major concern in the academic world.Reviewing the related literature, the results show that the educational level, university reputation, socioeconomic status of family, as well as teacherstudent relationship all play important roles in boosting graduates employment.However, there are still some shortcomings, such as the definition of social capital, the time of investigation and the comparability of results.The future research can go further in the following three aspects, carrying on the tracking statistics of university graduates employment based on big data, strengthening the stady of hot topics, such as college students starting own business and disadvantaged background making success hard and borrowing the research methods of other disciplines.%大学生的就业是关系民生的重要问题.人力资本与社会资本作为影响大学生就业的两大关键因素,近年来备受学界关注.梳理文献发现,无论是学历层次、学校声誉等人力资本指标,还是家庭社会经济地位、师生同学关系等社会资本指标,都对促进大学生就业具有积极影响.然而,已有研究在社会资本的定义、调查数据的时间以及研究结果的可比性方面存在不足.未来可在利用大数据进行大学毕业生就业追踪调查、加强大学生创业及寒门难出贵子等热门课题的研究和借鉴其他学科的研究方法3个方面继续深化.
