考虑效率的功交换网络问题表格法

         

摘要

The principle of work exchange process is similar with that of heat exchange process and mass exchange process. In this study, pinch technology, which is widely used in heat exchange network and mass exchange network, was extended to work exchange network, and a novel problem table method was developed. In this method, pressure regions were divided according to decreasing order of pressures of all sink streams and source streams. With the sufficient and deficient work of each region calculated in turn, pinch point and minimum work consumption could be targeted simultaneously. Thus, these parameters provided a design target for the work exchange network. Furthermore, the efficiency of the work exchange process could be taken into consideration in the calculation of the deficient work. A synthetic ammonia plant with two work source streams and three work sink streams was analyzed by this method, and the results showed that the energy that could be recovered through work exchange was more than 99% of the total energy required by the work sink streams, and more than 72% of the total work that could be done by all source streams.%功交换网络与换热网络和质量交换网络存在类似性.本文将夹点技术推广到功交换网络,提出了确定功交换网络最小公用工程功消耗量的问题表格法.该方法中,根据功源功阱压力从高到低顺序将压力可分成若干区间,通过计算每个区间的剩余功和亏缺功,确定系统的最小公用工程功消耗量,计算亏缺功时可同时考虑功量交换的传递效率.这种方法可同时确定功交换网络的夹点位置和最小公用工程功消耗,为功交换网络物流匹配提供依据.本文从等温功交换和绝热功交换两方面对某合成氨厂功交换网络进行分析,结果表明,功源的可回收机械能占功阱需消耗总机械能的99%以上,占现行功源可做功的72写以上.
