This article states the method of determination of sodium nitrite content in water-based metal cleaning agent： uses the thiourea quota reduction nitrite to produce theThiocyanate root, under the suitable acidity, using sulfuric acid high iron as colour-display reagent, the spectrophotometric determination sodium nitrite content in water-base metal cleansing agent; The sodium nitrite content in 50 g/mL comply with the Lambert-Bill law,Returns-ratio between 98% -101%. This method sensitivity is high, the stability is good, the determination result accuracy is high, the ease of operation is fast, can satisfy the request of determination of sodium nitrite content in water-based metal cleaning agent.%本文所述的水基金属清洗剂中亚硝酸钠含量的测定方法：采用硫脲定量还原亚硝酸根而生成硫氰酸根，在适宜的酸度下，利用硫酸高铁为显色剂，分光光度法测定水基金属清洗剂中亚硝酸钠含量；亚硝酸钠含量在50g／mL以内符合朗伯一比尔定律，回收率在98％-101％之间。该方法灵敏度高，稳定性好，测定结果准确度高，操作方便快速，能够满足水基金属清洗剂中亚硝酸钠含量测定的要求。
