The specific practice is to process the integrated acting surface of the cock core and the square hole of the reversing wrench, add a locating pin on the square head of the cock core and process the locating slot on the square hole mating face of the reversing wrench. Coordination of the locating pin and the locating slot actualizes the uniqueness of the assembly directions for the cock core and the reversing wrench and that ensures the installation correctness. This measure avoids and solves the wrong installation problem which is common occurrence when the traditional COG reversing cock is cleaned and assembled. This method not only ensures safety and reliability, but also improves work efficiency of assembly cleaning.
