CO2深孔控制预裂加快工作面巷道掘进试验研究

         

摘要

To relief the link of mining and roadway excavating and face the strict claim about safety distance of the new Coal Mine Safety Regulations, we analyzed the principle of controlled deep hole pre-splitting with carbon dioxide to promote the roadway excavating speed, tested the change law of coal mass parameters at the static state and under the roadway excavating state in N1101 working face of Yuwu Mine, and counted the daily amount of tunneling and gas density of return airway about pre-splitting and after splitting time. Field test data showed that, after splitting, the values of K1 and S had big changes, the daily amount of tunneling increased more than 30%~100%, the gas density of return airway was reduced about 16.7%. It is proved that this technique can reduce the risk of coal and gas outburst in tunneling faces, speed up the methane desorption speed, improve the roadway excavating speed, ease the problems of mining-excavating relay.%为了缓解煤矿生产过程中的采掘接替紧张的问题及应对新的《煤矿安全规程》中工作面巷道掘进安全距离更为严格的要求,通过分析CO2深孔控制预裂技术提高工作面巷道掘进速度的原理,并在余吾煤业N1101工作面的巷道进行工程实验,从CO2预裂对静态下的煤体参数的影响和采动态变化的巷道掘进过程中煤体参数的变化两方面进行试验,并对预裂前后的日进尺量及回风巷的瓦斯浓度进行了统计.研究结果表明,预裂之后煤体K1值和S值变化明显,日进尺量提高幅度为30%~100%,回风巷瓦斯浓度降低幅度为16.7%.证明了此技术在降低掘进工作面煤与瓦斯突出风险的前提下,加快了煤体瓦斯解吸速率,提高了工作面巷道掘进速度,缓解了采掘接替紧张的难题.
