特大采高液压支架稳定性分析研究

         

摘要

In order to fully hold the factors affected to the stability of the high cutting hydraulic powered support,the paper analyzed the instability mechanism of the hydraulic powered support applied to the high cutting coal mining face.A critical instability mechanics model of the high cutting hydraulic powered support was provided.Based on a high cutting hydraulic powered support as an example,the status parameters were substituted to the critical instability mechanics model of the high cutting hydraulic powered support and the theoretical analysis on the critical instability of the hydraulic powered support was obtained.The numerical analysis software ADAMS was applied to establish the multi-body dynamics model of the hydraulic powered support and the numerical solution of the critical tilt of the hydraulic powered support under each performance was analyzed and obtained.There was a difference of 2% between the comparison theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation results and the accuracy of the model established and the feasibility of the simulation method was verified.The instability angle curve of the powered support obtained from the observation could obtain the instable tendency of the powered support at each height and thus could provide technique method to the stability control of the high cutting hydraulic powered support.%为全面掌握影响大采高液压支架稳定性的因素,分析了大采高工作面液压支架的失稳机理,给出了大采高支架的临界失稳力学模型.以某大采高支架为例,将其状态参数代入大采高支架的临界失稳力学模型,得出液压支架临界失稳的理论解析.利用数值分析软件ADAMS建立该架的多体动力学模型,分析得出液压支架在各工况下临界倾倒的数值解.对比理论解析和数值仿真结果,二者误差仅为2%,证明了所建立模型的正确性与仿真方法的可行性,通过研究支架失稳角度曲线能得到支架在各高度条件下的失稳倾向情况,这对控制大采高液压支架的稳定性提供了技术方法.
