大埋深三软煤层复合顶板大断面开切眼支护技术

         

摘要

In order to meet the needs of transportation and installation of high-power equipment in fully-mechanized mining face,the traditional support methods can not meet the support problems of large section and large span open-off cut.The theoretical analysis and onsite monitoring methods are used to study the large section and large span open-off cut support technology under the conditions of deep soft roof in soft roof and soft floor and soft coal and deep buried seam.The width of open-off cut is 10 m,the height is 4.3 m,the cross-sectional area is 43 m2,and test the support effect.The results show that the use of high-strength anchor bolt and anchor + long-short cable anchor trusses supporting technology to reinforce the surrounding rock to form a super-strong,super-thick,stable,superimposed on the reinforcement arch,composite beams,the maximum roof sinking amount of 188 mm,the maximum displacement of two wall 376 mm,the technology can effectively control the open-off cut rock failure and deformation,to meet the requirements of the face of the transport installation.%为满足综采工作面大功率设备的运输和安装需要,解决传统支护方式无法满足开切眼断面大、跨度大等支护问题.采用理论分析与现场监测方法,研究大埋深三软煤层复合顶板条件下大断面大跨度开切眼支护技术,开切眼宽度为10 m,高度为4.3 m,断面面积达43 m2,并对支护效果进行检验.研究结果表明:采用高强度锚杆锚网带+长短锚索托梁联合支护技术加固围岩,形成一个超强、超厚、稳定、相互叠加的加固拱、组合梁,其顶板最大下沉量188 mm,两帮最大移近量376 mm,能够有效地控制开切眼围岩破坏变形,满足工作面运输安装的要求.
