The paper had an analysis on the structure mode of the available coal gasified combustion device and the disadvantages existed in the application. The paper provided and stated the inner structure and working principle of the new horizontal one body coal gasified combustion device. During the structure design of the device, the waste heat utilization of the coal gasification process was fully considered. The study results showed that new horizontal one body coal gasified combustion device overcame the heat lost of the separated type coal gasified combustion device and the scaling on the gas transportation line. With the improvement on the air ventilation environment and the burner structure, the energy utilization rate of the system was improved.%分析了现有煤气化燃烧装置的结构形式及其在使用过程中存在的不足,提出并阐述了新型卧式同体煤气化燃烧装置的内部结构及工作原理,该装置在结构设计时充分考虑了煤气化过程中的余热利用。研究结果表明:新型卧式同体煤气化燃烧装置,克服了分体式煤气化燃烧装置存在的散失热量和输气管道结垢的不足,并通过改善布风环境和燃烧器结构,提高了系统能量利用率。
