冻结和注浆顶驱钻机控制系统设计

         

摘要

针对目前煤矿冻结、注浆使用的转盘钻机存在打钻效率低、自动化水平低和处理事故能力差等问题,设计出一种基于可编程控制器(PLC)且采用人机界面技术的冻结和注浆顶驱钻机控制系统,介绍了顶驱钻机控制系统无极调速、自动上卸扣、自动送钻、监控报警和处理事故功能的具体实现过程及其工作原理;同时介绍了控制系统中关键设备司钻台的结构原理。系统测试结果表明,该控制系统大幅节约了打钻时间,提高了钻进效率,处理事故能力明显提高。%According to the low drilling efficiency, low automation level, poor accident handling capacity and other problems existed in the rotary table drilling machine for mine freezing and grouting application, a control system of the top drive drilling machine for the mine freezing and grouting with a human and interface technology was designed based on the programming controller PLC. The paper in detail introduced the certain implementation processes and working principles of the stepless speed regulating of the control system, the automatic screw-on-off, automatic rod feeding, monitoring and control alarm and accident handling functions. Meanwhile the paper introduced the structure principle of the drilling platform--the key equipment in the control system. The system measured results showed that the control system could highly reduce the drilling time, highly improve the drilling efficiency and the accident handling capacity.
