基于AVR嵌入式系统的采煤机智能遥控器设计

         

摘要

The remote control uses the open-loop wireless transmission and control system, which can't work steadily in complex environment due to the interference. A remote control of coal shearer is designed based on AVR and embedded system. It uses closed-loop feedback control strategy, combines data link detection, monitors the integrity of signal and matches the send and receive signals to avoid interference having an impact on transmission of system's communication, which can improve the stability of the system. The remote control adds the remote monitoring and intelligent functional module of recording instruction which achieves on-line monitoring and intelligent control. By adjusting and simulation, multi-functions are processed according to pre-requirements and the long-distance wireless data transmission is realized.%采煤机遥控器多数采用开环无线传输控制系统,在复杂工作环境下常因干扰无法稳定正常工作,提出一种基于AVR嵌入式系统的采煤机遥控器。该遥控器使用闭环反馈控制线路,结合数据链检测技术,通过对信号完整性监测与收发信号比对,避免了干扰对系统通讯传输中造成的损伤等影响,提高了系统工作的稳定性。同时利用嵌入式模块的开发性,添加了远程监控与指令记录智能化功能模块,实现了在线监测与控制的智能化。该智能遥控器经调试与仿真验证,多项功能均能按预要求进行,实现了远程无线数据传输。
