基于粗糙集理论的高校教师教学质量评价系统研究

         

摘要

The objective evaluation of university teachers’teaching quality can stimulate teachers’teaching enthusiasm and improve teaching quality.In the paper we take the teaching quality evaluation data at a certain college for the case,and employ rough set theory for data analysis;Through analysing and processing the original data of the evaluations made on teaching by the students,teacher himself/her-self,colleagues,experts and superiors,we ultimately form the objective evaluation on teaching quality for every teacher by using rough set at-tribute reduction and weight calculation method,culling the redundant assessment indicators in assessment data,and calculating the attribute weights for the remainder of appraisal index.This receives very good effect.%客观评价高校教师的教学质量,能够激发教师教学热情,提高教学质量。以某学院的教学质量评价数据为案例,利用粗糙集理论进行数据分析;通过对学生评教、教师自评、同行评教、督导评教、领导评教等原始数据的分析和处理,利用粗糙集属性约简和权重计算方法,剔除了考核数据中部分冗余的考核指标,并对余下的考核指标计算属性权重,最终形成对每一位教师教学质量的客观评价,收到了良好的效果。
