焊笔模糊自整定PID温度控制系统的设计与仿真

         

摘要

Soldering pen is a kind of newly designed soldering tool. The precise temperature control of the soldering pen is a key factor for liquid solder flow controlling and welding quality. So the temperature distribution in soldering pen' s melting chamber shall be controlled, i. e. to be precisely controlled through the temperature of three special points in soldering pen' s melting chamber. These three points can reflect the temperatures of preheating, fully melting and closing to the outlet in three different stages so as to reach the requirements of temperature distribution control of soldering pen' s melting chamber. A fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm is designed for temperature control of soldering pen in this paper. Simulink and fuzzy logic toolbox in Matlab are used to simulate this algorithm. Simulation results show that the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller with adjustment factor can satisfy the requirements of short tuning time, small overshoots and small steady-state error, it has fast response speed and good dynamic performance, and can well fulfil the requirements of soldering pen s temperature control.%焊笔是新设计的一种焊接工具,焊笔温度的精确控制是影响液态焊料流量控制和焊接质量的重要因素,故需对焊笔熔化腔的温度分布进行控制.通过对焊笔熔化腔中的三个特殊点的温度进行精确控制,这三个点能分别反映出初始预热、充分熔化和靠近出口三个不同阶段的温度值,以达到控制焊笔熔化腔湿度分布的要求.设计模糊自整定PID算法控制焊笔温度,用Matlab中的Simulink与模糊逻辑工具箱对该算法进行仿真.仿真结果表明,模糊自整定PID并带调整因子的控制能获得调节时间短、超调量小和稳态误差小的温度控制要求,有较快的响应速度和良好的动态性能,能较好地达到焊笔的湿度控制要求.
