Synthetic instrument technology is an increasingly important position in the integrated equipment support as a key technology for the next generation of automatic test system. A standardized way to describe synthetic instrument subsystem-signal generation system is proposed. Document analysis description based Lab VIEW is designed, in order to achieve a standardized description of the document automatically parse + work manually configure.%合成仪器技术作为下一代自动测试系统中的一项关键技术,在装备综合保障中占据着越来越重要的地位.该文提出了一种基于合成仪器子系统—信号生成系统的标准化描述方式,并设计了基于LabVIEW的对描述文档的解析的方法,从而实现对标准化描述文档的自动解析+手动配置的工作方式.
