On the basis of the description about basic structure of damage assessment and rapid repair operations around underground engineering, repair task and its characteristics were abstracted, and requirement was demonstrated from operational plan system, computer generate force, model standardization, and other point of view. Then, working principle and studying framework was established. Based on guidelines, content system, key technology, technology index, and other layers, strategy was proposed in damage assessment and generation of rapid repair plan around battlefield engineering, which provided science directory for the more studying work.
