计算机辅助电话调查系统问卷及xml可视化生成设计与实现

         

摘要

简要说明该课题旨在研究计算机辅助调查(CATI,Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing)系统,分析和实现灵活配置的CATI系统线上图形业务生成环境,完善CATI系统的功能,整合加入呼叫中心系统,使整个系统功能更加齐全,管理更加便捷,使用更加灵活。该课题将探索提供更加方便有效的CATI系统使用方式和业务生成方式,并且结合数据流以及题库管理等功能,提供更加方便快捷的调查问卷生成及使用。为数万坐席提供更加直观、灵活、可扩展的业务生成环境,快速高效生成xml,已支持系统的后续程序持续运行,提高系统灵活性,提高系统扩展能力,从而达到提高业务人员的工作效率,促进CATI系统的发展,促进呼叫中心系统与CATI系统融合的使用和发展。%This paper is aimed to study the computer aided Survey system(CATI,Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing),analyzed and realized the flexible configuration of CATI system online graphics business environment, improving the function of CATI system,combined with the call center system,making the whole system more com-pleted,more convenient to manage the serving papers,more flexible to use.This paper try to explore the way to provide more convenient and efficient to The CATI system and the way of generating business,and combine with the data stream and item bank management functions to provide more convenient and quick survey questionnaire.To provide more intuitive,flexible and scalable service creation environment for tens of thousands of employees,fast and efficient to generate XML.Support system of follow-up procedures continuous operation,and improve the flexibility of the system,improve the system to expand capacity,so as to improve the work efficiency of the business personnel,promote the development of CATI system,promote the call center system and CATI system integration of use and development.
