The plan for educating and training excellent engineers is an important measure in the education reform of our country, and the teachers' engineering practice ability is the important factor to influence the quality of the cultivation of outstanding talents. This paper analyzes the problems currently existing in the faculty construction in colleges and universities of our country, on the basis of, from the aspects of teachers specialization requirements discusses the construction of contingent of teachers in the university-industry linkage outstanding engineers training model.%“卓越工程师教育培养计划”是我国教育教学改革中的一项重要举措，教师队伍的工程实践能力是影响卓越人才培养质量的重要因素。分析了目前我国工程类高校师资队伍建设存在的问题，在此基础上，从师资队伍建设专业化要求等方面探讨了卓越工程师产学联动培养模式下师资队伍的建设途径。
