A network management system for the video-sharing platform in provincial public security bureau is built, which covers different levels in province, cities and counties. The management system will provide online real-time monitoring service for all levels of network video platforms, including dynamic monitoring for all levels of monitoring points, online video quality control and exchanging the video resource between different levels of video platforms. It can check the running status, timeliness, consistency, integrity and authenticity of the audit object. When there is any issue in the video-sharing platform, the management system will collect the fault data and inform the administrator via e-mail, text messaging, and other client applications to tracking process. By data collection and mining sub-system, the administrator will get various types of cross-analysis reports. With the new network management system, customers can easily achieve the goal of automated fault monitoring, operation, maintenance management and operation of quality assessment.%建设涵盖省、市、区（县）三级的全省公安视频信息共享平台联网运行管理系统，在联网运行中，实时监测各级共享平台的上线情况，动态监测各级共享平台监控点在线及视频运行质量情况，并对联网过程中上下级共享平台推送的监控目录资源和运行状态等实时性、一致性、完整性和真实性进行审计，对发现的故障情况通过邮件、短信、客户端等多种方式进行告警并进行跟踪处理。系统通过数据的汇聚和清洗，形成各类交叉的运行管理分析报表，以实现对全省视频图像联网运行自动化故障监测、运维管理和运行质量评定考核。
