为了给企业成功实施现代制造服务系统提供一套实施方法学的指导,分析了现代制造服务系统的实施内涵与框架,指出现代制造服务系统框架体系包括现代制造服务业务、现代制造服务组织机构、现代制造服务信息系统和实施理论与方法.提出了现代制造服务系统实施方法学,给出了现代制造服务系统的详细实施步骤和方法.基于所提方法学验证了一家变压器企业实施现代制造服务系统,结果表明该方法学能为企业实施现代制造服务系统提供有效的科学决策与支持.%To provide methodology guidance for enterprises to implement the Modern Manufacturing Services System (MMSS),the implementation connotations and framework of MMSS were analyzed.The proposed framework included modem manufacturing services business,modem manufacturing services organization,modern manufacturing information service system and implementation theories and methods.The implementation methodology for MMSS was proposed,concrete implementation procedures and methods were also provided.The proposed MMSS implementation method was applied in a transformer enterprise.The result showed that the methodology could provide effective scientific decision-making and support.
