Through extending and modifying the Jacobian-Torsor tolerance model in actual working condition, an assembly tolerances mathematical model based on Jacobian-Torsor and actual working condition was set up. Therefore,the impact of actual working condition on working performance and tolerance design were quantitatively expressed.The application to tolerance design of a gear pump assembly illustrated the effectiveness of this method.
