随着新经济时代的来临，立足于中国Internet用户和企业信息化现状，发挥CIMS技术的集成优势，有必要依托现代集成制造系统网络，构建适合中国国情的电子商务平台，大力促进中国企业的信息化进程。本文在分析了中国实施电子商务面临的普及性、多样性等问题的基础上，提出了CIMSNET的电子商务平台建设体系结构，并对信息接入与交换、资格认证、网上交易中心、虚拟电子商场等关键子系统进行了深入的论述。%With the coming of New Economy, it is necessary to build a CIMSNET-based e-commerce platform for Chinese enterprises. Aiming at this goal, on the base of analyzing the characteristics of Chinese Internet users and enterprises' information infrastructure, architecture of CIMS e-commerce platform is described in this paper. Then, more details of its sub-systems (information interface and switch, CA center, transaction center, virtual electronic market) are also presented.
