大尺寸复杂精冲零件智能测量系统的研究

         

摘要

The common problems exist in the traditional measurement process of fine blanking parts are low sample size,large size parameter measurement difficulties,manual operation error,high investment in complex special tool that leads to low real-time performance and low efficiency.This paper by applying machine vision,laser ranging,precision CNC,data analysis and other technology,designed an intelligent measurement system for large size complex fine blanking parts to solve the traditional problems above.The system uses servo motion controller to move a three-coordinate inspection platform which consists of a high resolution industrial camera,a laser position sensor and a marble stage.It realized x-y plane size measurement and z-direction height or roughness measurement for large size complex fine blanking parts.The measurement path is optimized by parsing DXF file and importing modified-greedy-algorithm,and the machine vision's accuracy is improved by local image mosaic that using precision motion feedback.Results of preliminary operation indicate that the system's overall accuracy maintains ±0.010 mm within 600 * 600 * 8 mm3.%对于传统精冲零件检测工艺普遍存在的人工抽检数量少、大尺寸检测困难、手工误差、复杂专用检具成本高且实时性差等所导致的综合效率低的问题,此文通过应用机器视觉、激光测距、精密数控、数据分析等技术开发了大尺寸复杂精冲零件智能测量系统,用于解决传统所检测面临的以上问题;此系统通过伺服运动控制一套由高分辨率工业相机、激光位置传感器和大理石载物台构成的三坐标检测平台,实现对大尺寸复杂精冲零件进行X-Y平面的尺寸精密测量和Z方向的高度或粗糙度精密测量;通过解析DXF图纸文件并应用改进的贪心算法来获取并优化检测路径,结合精密运动反馈拼接局部采样图像以提高机器视觉的检测精度;初步运行结果表明,系统测量600* 600*8 mm范围内复杂精冲件精度可达到±0.010 mm.
