航天iLine EMS能源管理系统设计与实现

         

摘要

随着我国航天事业的发展,卫星的功能需求以及数量不断增加,以型号为主、以粗放式的能源使用方式在现阶段已不符合国家节能减排的要求,运用信息化科技手段,采取管控结合的有效管理方式,在能源管理工作上不断地进行创新,将成为航天企业管理必然的选择;iLine EMS能源管理系统基于领先的计算机关键技术,利用现代成熟的测控技术、通信技术开发一套完整可靠的综合能源管理系统;通过该系统可以合理计划和利用能源、降低单位产品能源消耗,做到指标能分解,责任能落实,监管能有效,考核有实效.%With the development of China's Aerospace,functional requirements and increasing the number of models,the extensive energy use can't meet the requirements of national energy-saving emission reduction at the present stage.The use of information technology,the style of taking management and control combination,the innovate in energy management,all of those will become the inevitable choice of aerospace energy management.iLine EMS based on the leading computer technology,using modern sophisticated measurement and control technology,communication technology to develop a complete and reliable integrated energy management system.Through the system can reasonably plan and use of energy,reduce energy consumption per unit of product,so that indicators can be decomposed,the responsibility can be implemented,the regulation can be effective,the evaluation can be effective.
