This paper presents a new system design used in vehicle traveling data recorder based on 3Gtechnology.The microprocessor hardware platform of embedded system terminal is i.MX53and the system use USB-CAN adapter to analog car traveling's data,NEO-6M-0-001chip to receive the information of GPS location.The 3Gmodule use SIM5320Eto transfer data,and use SSH to develope the upper management site.The system will send the vehicle information to the server,and through the Internet we can facilitate the management and application.Thus data security,interactivity and reliability will be improved.%创新地提出一种基于3G 技术的车辆行驶记录系统设计方案，系统以i．MX53微处理器作为嵌入式终端硬件平台，采用 USB-CAN 适配器模拟汽车行驶的各种数据，使用 NEO-6M-0-001芯片接收 GPS定位信息，3G 模块采用 SIM5320E 传输数据，使用SSH 框架开发上层管理网站；系统将车辆信息传送到服务器，通过Internet可以方便管理和使用，提高了数据的安全性、交互性和可靠性。
