基于CPLD的动平衡机用同步数据采集系统

         

摘要

在动平衡检测中,为了精确测量旋转系统的不平衡量,需要精密高速的同步实时数据采集系统;通常使用嵌入式控制器以保证数据采集的实时性,但是其价格昂贵操作复杂;采用CPLD核心的硬件架构保证数据采集的实时性,通过PCI总线与计算机通信,在Windows环境中对数据采集系统进行控制、显示与数据存储等非实时操作;一方面避免了使用嵌入式控制器的复杂操作与商成本,同时也能够使得数据采集系统的实时性不依赣于计算机系统实时性;经实验验证,在转予频率为1kHz时,最大相位误差为0.09°,符合精度要求,是一种操作简便、成本低廉的同步数据采集解决方案.%In order to accurately measure the unbalance of rotation systems in dynamic balancing machines, a sophisticated high-speed data acquisition system is necessary. Embedded systems with MCU are effective solutions while they are expensive and complicated. The real - time capacity of the data acquisition system was guaranteed by the architecture based on CPLD. Non real-time data processing can be accomplished on the host computer. Data was transferred through PCI bus to the host computer thus divested the dependence of the real-time capacity of the host computer and simplified the operation of MCU in comparison with embedded systems. Finally, results of the experiment were provided to prove that the maximal phase error was 0. 09° at the frequency of 1KHz and the data acquisition system was an effective and simple solution with low cost.
