基于PXI总线的某型战车自动测试系统设计

         

摘要

针对某新型战车组成系统多、技术复杂、维修保障困难等问题,设计了一种基于PXI总线的自动测试系统,综合运用模糊Petri网智能故障诊断技术,能够对各组成系统进行在线测试和离线测试,快速定位故障部件及可能故障部位;详细说明了系统的硬件平台设计、软件平台设计及故障诊断方法,简要介绍了系统鲁棒性设计;通过实装试验,该系统使用方便,判定故障快速有效,提高了某型战车的维修保障效率.%Aimed at the problems of one tank, such as more systems, complex technology and difficult maintainance, an automatic test system is designed for the tank based on PXI bus. It can test one of the systems when they are running, and it can test one of the components alone, with the intelligent technique of fault diagnosis based on fuzzy Petri net, the design can do fault diagnosis quckily. The composition of hardware, the design of software and realization of fault diagnosis are illustrated. Through the testing to the actual equipment, the system is easy to use. Which can determine faults quickly and efficiency.
