火炮复进机液量动态检测

         

摘要

This paper researches the current methods of liquid measurement in the recuperator, for the deficiency of current detection methods, designed a new system for measuring the liquid volume. The system changes the gas pressure and volume by releasing liquid from the recuperator, and utilize pressure sensor to measure the liquid volume released and final pressure, effectively solve the contradiction between measurement accuracy and measurement efficiency. Meanwhile, use ordinary industrial pump to substitute the artificial pump, reducing the number of attachments, and liquid level detection and fluid volume can be adjusted simultaneously. Tests showed that the results are reliable and stable, the error is less than 0. 02L. Designed PC104 bus-based Virtual Instruments system, it has small size, low power consumption, resistance of impact and can work in harsh environments, so it is quite suitable for using under field conditions.%对复进机气液量检测技术现状进行了研究,针对现有检测方法存在的不足,设计了新型复进机液量检测系统;该系统通过放出液体改变复进机内气体压强和体积,由压力变送器动态测量放出液量和复进机内末压,有效地解决了测量精度和测量效率之间的矛盾;同时,以普通工业泵和开口量筒代替火炮手动泵,减少了附件数量,且液量检测和液量调整可同时完成;试验表明,测试结果稳定可靠,与静态法相比液量差值在0.02L以内;采用基于PC104总线的虚拟仪器系统设计,体积小、功耗低、抗冲击并可在恶劣环境下工作,适合部队在野战条件下使用.
