初晶温度在线检测中数据实时处理的方法

         

摘要

利用EP9315强大的快速处理和显示图形的功能,设计了基于EP9315的嵌入式实时在线铝电解质初晶温度检测系统;该系统可以在15英寸触摸屏上实时显示温度曲线并能实时的计算出初晶温度值;通过上层软件可以实时地将采集到的温度数据和曲线数据保存到数据库中,以便后期分析;经过近2年6次现场一系列实际的测试和实验表明:该系统即便在高温和强磁场下,仍具有系统稳定,测量实时准确,检测重复误差的绝对值在2℃以内等优点.%This paper describes an on-line detection system based on powerful embedded processdr of EP9315 to fast process data and display graphics for detection initial crystallization temperature of the aluminum electrolyte. The system has the abilities of on-line showing temperature curve on touch screen of LCD in 15 inch, presenting initial crystallization temperature value by our algorithm and storing temperature data and temperature curve by our application program on data base for analyzing after on-site detection. The system is of high stable and repeat measurement absolute error value under 2C on-line even under the environment of high temperature and powerful electromagnetic and after about 2 years with 6 times detection and experiments on-site and has demonstrated the equipment can be suitable applied in enterprises.
