坦克电气系统模拟维修训练系统设计与实现

         

摘要

Since the theory of tank electrical equipments is more complicated and difficult to master for maintenance support personnel, a novel training system of simulate maintenance is proposed. The mechanical frame of the system was based by the original tank and electrical and electronic parts of the tank were reconstructed by DSP digital technology. As the core of communication the integrated console based on embedded Linux was developed under Eclipse environment. The virtue simulation and strong interaction experiment environment was constituted using the electric network technology. The system achieved four functions comprising theory teaching, state simulation, fault setting and training testing with electrical network technology. Finally a contrastive data of simulation and factual test about one subsystem demonstrated the validity of the training system.%针对坦克电气电子系统组成原理日趋复杂,维修保障人员掌握困难的问题,提出了一种新的模拟维修训练系统的设计方案;该方案以原车机械部件为框架,采用DSP控制的电气电子部件对其进行数字化改造;在Eclipse环境下开发了基于Linux系统的综合控制台,并以此为核心,综合利用电气网络化技术,构建了高仿真、交互性强的实车实验环境,实现了坦克电气电子系统理论教学、状态模拟、故障设置与考试测评等功能;最后,通过某子系统计算机模拟状态数据与实车数据的对比,验证了该系统的有效性.
