液压综合试验台测控系统设计

         

摘要

Hydraulic multifuctional test-bed is an important equipment which tests the performance of hydraulic components of airliner.Considering many test circuits and wide monitoring sites, a measurement and control system , which is composed of monitor level, control level and device level, is designed based on Profibus and Industrial Ethernet. Monitor level is in charge of on-site supervision, data archiving, fault alarm and so on through an IPC and touch panels; Control level which is composed of two S7 -300 PLCs is in charge of test control and data acquisition. In order to record the value of entrance pressure without information loss in reciprocating test, a new method based on WinCC+S7- 300 PLC is developed to acquire data at high speed. The result shows that the method can meet the actual requirement with high speed and high stability.%液压综合试验台是用于测试飞机液压附件性能的重要设备;针对其试验回路多、测点分布广的特点,设计了一种基于Profi-bus现场总线和工业以太网的三层结构的测控网络:监控层、控制层和设备层;监控层由工控机和触摸屏组成,负责现场监控、数据归档和故障报警等任务;控制层由两台S7-300 PLC组成,负责试验过程控制和数据采集等任务;在该测控网络的基础上,综合往复试验中进口压力升率大、变化快的特点,提出了一种基于WinCC+S7-300 PLC的高速数据采集方法,利用该方法可对进口压力变化过程进行完整记录;实践证明,该方法满足试验要求,具有采集速度快、稳定性高的特点.
