Aim at insulation detection of DC power network of ship' s control system, a insulation detection theme for multi-circuit is proposed based on the research of insulation detection methods of DC power network. The generation circuitry of injection signal and detection control circuitry are designed based on CPLD. And then the insulation detection circuitry and processing circuitry are worked out, in which the criterion is based on the reference voltage comparison. A prototype is developed and functional tests are conducted. Experiment result indicates error is within the scope of permitted, and instrument can realize self test function, loop detection function and accurate location of branch with insulation fault, the detecting scheme is feasible.%针对船舶集控系统中直流电源网络绝缘检测需要,在深入研究常用直流电源网络绝缘检测方法的基础上,提出了一种多路绝缘检测实现方案;以CPLD为核心器件设计了绝缘检测注入信号发生电路和检测控制电路,采用以基准电压比较为依据判断绝缘状态的基本思路设计了绝缘检测及处理电路,完成了样机研制和功能测试,试验表明其测量误差在允许范围之内,可实现自检功能、多路巡检功能以及绝缘故障支路的精确定位,文中提出的检测方法合理可行.
