针对传统方法不适合测试非均匀变结构脉冲特性的问题,介绍了一种非均匀变结构脉冲特性的测量方法,对脉冲幅度、脉冲宽度、脉冲上升时间以及下降时间进行了测试;设计并实现了以DSP为核心控制器的测试系统;测量结果可以存储、打印以便进行更深入的分析;实践表明,该测试系统具有测量参数多、精度高、实时性强及稳定可靠等优点,具有较高的工程实用价值.%To the problem that traditional method is not suit to testing characteristics of Non- Uniform and Variable Structure Pulse, a method is introduced in this paper and Pulse amplitude. Pulse Width , pulse rise and fall time is tested. A test system used DSP as the core controller is designed and realized. The test result can be stored, printed for deeply analyzing. The experiment shows that the test system has the advantage of multi - parameters , high precision and simple structure.
