制动踏板行程视觉测量系统研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the requirements of driving behavior research, brake pedal displacement measuring system based on machine vision was designed and realized. This system used a camera to capture images of brake pedal from the left side and images were transmitted to im-age processing computer by IEEE 1394 image capture card. Edge image of brake pedal can be gained after the image processing program car-ried out smoothing filtering, adaptive binary and edge extraction for original images of brake pedal, then the image processing program adopt-ed a method combined Hough transform with least squares to extract the equation of brake pedal characteristic line in the edge images. The turning angle 0 of brake pedal was calculated by comparing this equation with the equation when the brake pedal was in no-load state, and then the brake pedal displacement can be calculated by multiplying the angle 9 and the radius of brake pedal turning. The result of accuracy verification test shows that the relative error of this system was in range of ±3% and it satisfied the requirements of driving behavior re-search.%针对驾驶行为研究过程中的需求,设计并实现了基于机器视觉的制动踏板行程测量系统;系统采用1394接口摄像机从左侧对制动踏板进行图像采集,对图像进行滤波、自适应二值化、边缘提取之后得到制动踏板的边缘图像,采用Hough变化和最小二乘法结合的方法拟合提取制动踏板特征直线的方程,与空载状态下的特征方程计算得到制动踏板的转动角度0并结合制动踏板运动半径计算得到制动踏板行程;精度验证试验结果表明:系统的测量相对误差控制在±3%以内,满足进行驾驶行为进行研究的要求.
