水下非接触爆炸条件下舰船冲击环境测试相关技术研究

         

摘要

The measurement of shock environment of on-board equipments under underwater explosion shock tests is an important content of metrical tasks. The existing metrical methods of shock environment include achieving shock spectrums by the calculation of accelerations and using reed gages. But, the influence of zero draft during measuring accelerations and the narrow-band and inconvenient reed gages can' t be ignored. Therefore, for reducing the influence of zero draft and enhancing efficiency of reed gages, a new-style mechanical filters and electromotive methods of reed gages are designed. Furthermore, the several equipments of measuring shock spectrum are developed independently. Finally, the reliability of metrical results is improved by contrasting multifold results.%在舰船水下非接触爆炸试验中,设备的冲击环境测量是整个测量任务中的一项重要内容;现有冲击环境测量方法主要分为电测加速度计算冲击谱和簧片测量仪直接测量两种,但测量冲击加速度时存在零飘现象的影响、簧片测量仪测量频率范围狭窄且自动化程度太低;为此,研制了新型机械滤波器以减小零飘对冲击加速度测量的影响;开发了簧片测量仪的电测方法以提高效率;同时自行设计制造了数种冲击谱测量装置,通过多种测量结果的比较,提高了冲击环境测量结果的可靠性.
