This paper analyzes the requirements of redressing malpractices system and introduces the websites technology into the design of system. Based on J2EE technology and three layered open-source structure, an efficient, secure and robust redressing malpractices websites system is established. It avoids the duplicate construction on redressig malpractices in some related departments , achieves unified management of resources and improves the efficiency of redressing malpractices.%在对地市级纠风管理系统进行需求分析的基础上,将网站群技术引入到纠风管理系统中,同时基于J2EE技术,利用开源三层架构(SSH2),实现一个安全、稳定、扩展性强的纠风管理站群系统.基于站群的纠风管理系统,避免了各单位(包括各县区、各乡镇、各市直、区直、县直单位)纠风管理系统的重复建设,有效地整合了资源,实现了资源统一分配管理,消除了“信息孤岛”,提高了政府纠风工作的效率.
