In view of the existing problems of static information dissemination and management in E-govemment websites and based on studies of system need analysis, system general design, system programming, system security and key techniques, this paper realizes a Web-based information dissemination system by employing B/S + LAMPP for application, which will satisfy the effective information dissemination and management of E-govemment and also enhance the efficiency of information business and convenience in service of government.%针对政务网站中传统的静态信息发布及管理所存在的问题,从系统需求分析、系统总体设计、系统程序编码、系统安全及关键技术等方面进行研究,以实际应用为目的,运用B/S+ LAMPP技术开发实现了基于Web的信息发布系统,能满足政务网站有效发布及管理信息的需要,有利于提高政务部门信息化办事效率和便民服务能力.
